So a bit off topic in terms of game, however Id like to know if anyone can help.

Basically, some years ago my friends decided to give me a nickname. As you imagine, it is kind of offensive and very awkward although they do not seem to notice. Since I was a kid, I didnt see a problem, once I would just fight back, but then I got tired of trying and gave up. They only call me by that.


I am bad at game. I am trying to get better, although I have lots of difficulty being shy and having AA. Unfortunately, as I am progressing and hanging out more with girls, it is becoming unbearable. Girls start talking to me when some dude says this shitty nickname all the time. I get very embarrassed and dont even know how to say. Even worse when they decide to explain why the name (girls ask).


What do you think I can do?

Ive tried everything, from asking kindly to not answering when the name is spoken but nothing seems to work. I know that the guys should be my friends and understand it, but it just doesnt happen.

Talk to them about it. Be sincere and vulnerable about it that it isn't healthy for you.

If they do not respect that, find new friends and don't tell anybody your nickname and start chasing some pussy

I agree with Pebble. If they are really your friends, they would respect your wishes. Otherwise, find better friends who are looking to elevate you further.

find wingmen that compliment your game, not drag it down. i have ditched a lot wingmen that dont help with game and dont care to progress
