Ok guys so a couple months ago i went to this small diner and i seen this beautiful red head waitress. well some months pass and i would randomly think about her, so i decided to go to the same diner w. my roommate and we see her there! (i knew we would that's why i picked that diner) but any how we get inside an immediately her and some other cute waitress was looking at us.
Well i really wanna pick up the red head but the other waitress was definitely giving me the eyes.
My question is how can i approach this red head in the future even if shes not serving me?

i just feel like hitting on a girl working is iffy. ANY TIPS OR ADVICE WILL HELP

this one is kind of iffy because you seem like you are already head over heels for her and i never heard this question before haha (someone wanting a waitress that didnt even serve them)

definitely one thing you can do would be to keep going back and be a regular, waitresses, strippers and bartenders always tend to fall more for regulars than just "that one no name customer" - after 3 times of a simple "hey, hows your day" and people tend to recognize you - they say in business people need to see your ads 7 to 15 times before they decide to buy.

go indirect, and just invite her out to something you both like doing

just remember its not just about looks, its about personality too - dont just fall for her because she is pretty

I wouldn't include waitresses in the same group as strippers or even bartenders. Strippers are selling their bodies. Anyone who thinks differently is in denial or extremely naive. That being said, the idea that these women "always tend to fall more for regulars ..." is absurd and unfounded. What kind of research proposes this narrative? --After going there 3 times and asking the same mechanical, insincere question everyone else asks, she might recognize you?? Lol, just lol.
Instead of giving her the impression that you want to be her girlfriend, go DIRECT in this situation. Indirect approach should be reserved for extenuating circumstances. This is not one of them. There are tons of women. If she doesn't like you, move on to the next one. Never hide your intentions behind dubious diner meals, feigned small talk or the pretense of innocence. It's weak and creepy. If she is generally considered attractive, imagine how many weak, creepy guys are trying the EXACT indirect "techniques" that have been proposed. Don't be one of those guys. Be a man. Men don't pussy foot around women.

UPDATE!!!! ok so i went there by myself one day and SHE WAS MY SERVER . im dressed up looking pretty good . and she takes my order, i stare at her and tell her what i want, blah blah blah... she comes up to me to check if im ok and i say im good..." actually , you have really beautiful eyes she has the most beautiful blue eyes ever!) she smiles hard and keeps saying thank you.. so thats that ... after i say that i catch her looking at me every once and a while. I get done eating my meal which was $7.80(american, i know some ppl on here are euro) but i leave her a $10.00 TIP and i leave my name and number on a napkin saying for :beautiful eyes" (never did get her name) .. so the day goes by and like 6 hrs later she texted me!!! saying hey thanks for the nice tip, i make small talk and realize she a horrible texter, but eventually i ask her out to a baseball game and she agrees (which is tomorrow) . now im thinking its gonna be cloudy and cold tomorrow so i want to take her to a comedy club (it'll associate a good time and laughter with me ,,hopefully lol)
