1. It is loud so often hard to talk
2. You have to approach girls from behind because they are all facing the stage, and it is a dense crowd so getting to the front of the crowd and working back would be tough.

or you can tug her ponytail if she has one, hug her and then tell her that
I've had a friend that use to get wasted with alcohol and was just walking around hugging girls from behind and whispering in their ear, I never seen him get slapped or yelped at
but I also never seen him get a chick think that's because he was always drunk as hell
