Why don't you communicate with your gf that you are not satisfied from the amount of sex you are getting?
Go and tell her: We don't have sex as often as I would like and I feel frustrated. I don't know what to do because I want to stay faithful but at the same time I can't stand this situation. Find me a solution.

Then listen what she says. If she insists that she doesn't want as much sex and you should tolerate/accept it as it is you can tell her:
I appreciate that you are being honest and I respect your decision but instead of me doing something behind your back and destroy our relationship I'd rather we agree I can sleep with other women too.
She will either have sex with you more often or you'll get the permission to sleep around.
And let's be honest you'll be better off doing something in the open rather than getting caught doing something behind her back.
At the end of the day if you are not getting what you want you can always break up and find someone new.
