New to MPUA Forum

Just moved to Buffalo, NY. Don't know anyone, the area and the place in general for the most part. Do you guys have any pointers on how to start from scratch? Still have the AA, etc, but hoping to get past that to continue my PUA routine.

e: To clarify I'm a student on a large campus.
