I'm very self aware and feel akward being watched by other men, other attractive females (besides my target) and am wondering if there is a discreet way I can approach a girl...any suggestions?

Who cares if anybody else sees? It'll help you not to give a fuck and run your sets better. Most people are off in their own little world anyway and more self-aware of themselves. Keep gaming.

Listen, if you're awkward or too "self aware," you need to cut it out.
Easier said than done?

Not really.

To suppress these issues that you've got, (sounds crazy; but works) just inflict some form of physical pain onto yourself (bareable).

Example: placing something that will pinch your skin, punching yourself in the leg multiple times, etc...
Trust me, it'll loosen you up enough to not give a shit about anything else.
