Question about my opener

 Post subject: Question about my opener

I tried it on a few groups and I dont know if this opener is really weak or I am just getting nervous and running of thigs to say..
The opener is quite simple, "Hi girls, me and my friends have an argument, which trip is preferd south america or thailand?"
Now they they answer and I continue asking why do you prefer this or this but after this I am always stuck, do you guys have any suggestion what to do or just change an opener?

openers don't mean a lot they are designed to get them talking, if you can't keep the conversation going its meaningless.

Don't worry about opening girls worry about closing them.

after they say their answer you can stack openers and so on. you want off the opener as soon as possible because all an opener is, is just that, to break the ice. i wouldnt go and say you and your friend are having an argument. that could come across them getting in the middle of it. i would switch it to "my friend and i are thinking..." sounds much better, better grammar too. :)

In essence, your opener is ok. If women respond to it, then you just need to learn how to keep the conversation
going.

The important thing to remember when you want to keep the conversation going is to be
PRESENT in the conversation, and not in your head.

Pay ATTENTION to what the girl is saying, and then connect your answers to what she says.

For some people this is pretty easy, but some need more practice. Do whatever you need to
become good at this.
