So my baby momma left me for plenty of other guys and has become an attention whore. I'm not her to talk down and what not but i would like to know what you guys did to make your exes crawling back even if you ddn't take them back? Like whats the game plan when dealing with an ex that broke your heart? I've already been talking to other girls, hitting the gym more than i used too, and going to college. Am i going the right way? Will that make her realize she made a mistake? I was with her for 3 years so it does hurt still. I haven't contacted her for about a month.

You have a KID with this woman.
Focus on maintaining a good healthy communication that will benefit your relationship with your child.
You have to be mature and let go.
Get your anger out of your system at the gym, at sports, on playstation etc.
Every time you are hurting think that it is just a thought that it will go away. In 5 years time you won't feel the same as you're feeling now but the consequences of not establishing a good friendly relationship with this woman will stay forever...on your relationship with your son/daughter.
