Any TIPS for hitting on girls while working?

Ok so i work retail (Kohls), any ideas guys for approaching women while on duty? Like i don't want to come off as just a worker asking if they need help. I think it would make my job a bit more fun picking up girls at work and also great practice. Either way i talk to customers on a daily basis but what could be some good openers. And how could i go into mid game without her thinking i'm just offering my assistance? Incase anyone does this while working thanks for the help.

you have to calibrate better in these situations and use micro escalation

Open by asking if she needs any help, if she responds positively keep escalating and getting more personal with aside comments and personnel queries. It's really just a cycle and you have to recognize you are being given permission to advance, if she stops responding positively you are done. It is a slightly more cautious game then street pick up assuming you care about your job.

I used to work at the garden center at home depot and have gotten a few numbers while working. Like detox said, "Micro Escalation". While helping her you can maybe compliment on something she has on that you like. That will start moving the interaction from work to more fun vibe. Joke with her and maybe a slight neg here and there. Just remember your at work so unless she is biting early on you should cool it off.

Sounds like a recipe to get fired to me.

You'd want to be pretty sure you were getting solid IOIs before getting a number or blatantly flirting.

Escalation is almost out of the question...

Haha these are interesting responses and i kinda doubt getting fired for a little flirting,but just seems like a cool challenge to me(: What is micro escalation exactly?

Escalation and a snails pace. You can't escalate in that situation like you could night gaming or any other gaming really. Pretty much if she isnt showing major ioi's early on don't pursue.

I would advise against it. It's not worth risking your job over. Just be pleasant with them and break some rapport. If they start flirting with you first, then you have some leeway to game, but just be careful and very calibrated. If you have enough attraction, you could invite them out to a "party" or social gathering so it comes more under the radar.

i would only advice it if you were a pro - you dont want to give girls the wrong impression and creep them out. and even if so, it would have to be very subtle and indirect.

Fail im no pro i just wanted to practice while i was at work too. I mean ill see what i can do but i'll try not to be too indirect.

Yeah I wouldn't risk doing it at work dude. Just save the pick up stuff for when you are on break, or after work. From the sound of it, it seems like you are working at a mall, so it would be the prefect place ideally when you get off.

i reconsidered, i think you can talk to people and build connection with anyone. as far as flirting, i wouldnt do it. as far as exchanging numbers thats up to your work's rules you might want to follow
