So my friend was dating this chick for about a year me and she started talking while they were dating and really hit it of .. fast forward to December 2014 they have been broken up for 4 months i found out about it and contacted her .
We started talking in December again very flirty with each other. After a month of talking not getting to see each other because we both traveled to different places .

i get to have few drinks with her and just chill. My friend found out about and is now been a dick by telling her not to talk to me and suddenly he decided of taking her back..She told me that old feelings came back up and is considering it.He treated her like shit while they were together and that's why she left him .

I don't know if trying to convince her directly would work here. She might get defensive and argue back. Might be best, next time you're talking, to drop it and start talking about your own experiences getting back together with exes. It was a shitty relationship, you thought it would be better the second time, then you went back and found out it didn't work. Or to cite someone else's experience.

But Charles is right, just back off. This is correct for two reasons. First it isn't worth the effort of going head to head against a guy she likes better (your friend), your just going to play the needy foil and make him look way better than if you were never around. Secondly you have a better chance of getting her after you are out of the picture and your friend remembers the reason he dumped her in the first place, which he will at some point. If you become needy or childish and lose your value now, you don't have a chance of getting with her later. Let this play out. Act like your supermodel ex is back in the picture and tell her you need to stop contact right now.
