I would aim for getting her number before the dates and definitely finalize the time/place to meet. The shopping thing is ok to start, but move from there to a more secluded location then to the sex location. A little attraxtion will need to be built but mostly connection and escalation. I say only a little attraction since she already agreed to meet you on her day off, which means she likes you.
