Has anyone else noticed this? I'm talking about those who are 35+.

Yes, they don't tend to be fat, but they seem to look at least their age, and often 10+ years older than they are.

Not Vegetarians. Vegans.

Every attractive woman I meet over 40, usually has her diet in order, but she isn't vegan.

The thing that got me thinking about this was what I just witnessed at the farmer's market. Slim, but haggard vegan lady lecturing another woman who is maybe 5 lbs heavier than her(though much prettier), that if she wanted to look like her, at the same age, she should go vegan. Second lady asks how she is. Vegan proudly proclaims, 42! Non-vegan lady smiles and says "I'm 44, sweetie".
Burn, lol.

Is it because they're usually active outside and since they're all natural, they won't use sunscreen? I just wonder if it's the diet or some of the other stuff they usually do that causes it. They tend to hydrate well, so I know that's not it. They don't smoke either. And staying hydrated, not smoking, and protecting your skin from the sun is at least 3/4 of the winnable part of the aging battle(sun protection being over half).

I'd assume it's the correlation with sunscreen thing.

Honestly, when I'm not being lazy (or lifting heavy weights and thus sweating into my eyeballs) I use sunscreen, and have for years.

I regularly get mistaken for a 21 year old (I'll be 30 this year). A $5 bottle of SPF 30 (you shouldn't go any higher than this, the skin protection is marginal, and it irritates your skin a bit more) lasts for months.

I suppose it could also be an animal protein thing - not sure. But I'd assume sunscreen.

Most women past 35 look like shit- period. Even an omnivore (meat and veg) female personal trainer I know is looking ridiculous. The joys of age and sex appeal.

A lot of these vegans are deficient from essential nutrients that can only be found in meat/fish/dairy.

I'm much happier, energetic when I consume quality meat- such as organic outdoor bred chicken, beef and fish from the fishmonger.

As well as said nutrient deficiency is also alcoholism which a lot of vegans do not refrain from. The empty calories plus lack of decent post hangover food takes its toll.

As said by the above, I agree. Most women past their expiration date at 30-35, then its all downhill from there. Don't get me wrong, there are some exceptions to the rule. It's very rare but there are women out there 35+ that still have all the right shit in the right places.

That's what I love about being a man. We only get better with age......as long as your not doing meth or something every day.

Men age like wine. Women age like milk.

Seems like some estheticians agree.

From working with skin hands-on as an esthetician and skin care expert for over twenty years, I have to say that I most definitely have seen similarities in the skin of people who have a vegan diet versus those who are not. What I have noticed is a dull, tired, sallow look to the skin, similar to that of a heavy smoker’s skin, as well as a premature loss of skin tone.

Eh... it's not what it was... just wait as you get older (Im assuming you are pretty young, but just a guess) you'll find that there are plenty of hot 35+ out there

Yeah, I'm 29 and mostly still date teenagers, BUT, there are plenty of attractive 35 year old women. If she takes good care of her skin, stays fit and doesn't get fat, she really only ought to lose about 1-2 points from her peak.
I can't say that I see many 35+ that I'd award over a 7, but I'm cool with 7.

Dude how can there be any enjoyment in dating a 18/19 yr old college chick as an almost 30 yr. Sure i'd be happy to lay the pipe to one, I had no reservation nailing a 20 yr old a few months back, but it would drive me batty dealing with a girl that youngs bullshit.

When I was 23 I dated an 18 yr old, while we did date for 4 years, I couldn't imagine doing that again. I'm not trying to criticize just curious haha.

I don't find that women change much from their mid teens through at least their 30s, and what does happen, is usually not positive(I'm speaking strictly personality). I don't date vapid girls who are drawn to drama. But I never liked the attention whore. I'm basically dating the same type of girl I dated fifteen years ago. I've always preferred intelligent women, who are feminine, kind, affectionate, and usually a bit shy.

I find I have at least as much in common with them, as women my own age. And women my age are so much more often fat, or sucked up into their careers and don't know how to have fun anymore.

Just a contrast in what I often see. I was sitting at a cafe with a friend and there were two cute girls on either side of the table. One looked to be in her mid to late teens, the other in her mid to late twenties. They were both doing the same thing. Sitting alone, paging through Facebook. The teenager was smiling, humming to herself and giggling occasionally. The twentysomething was sighing and grimacing off and on. That's what I often see. Many women that I knew growing up, who were so bright and positive and fun, grew up into boring, sad people. I don't really know anyone who sucked in high school and suddenly became cool, but I sure see a lot of the opposite.

Now, I don't mean to imply that all older women are boring, or angry or fat. But the number of fun, pretty, positive, vibrant ones are probably 1/3 as common as women ten years younger. And an awful lot of those women are married or in serious relationships. When it comes to single and available women, I think there are maybe %10 as many in my age range, as those in their teens.

I'm open to dating older women. I've just found that it's easier to date the younger ones. The older ones are often looking for committed boyfriends, and I much prefer FWBs. Plus, most of my friends are a lot younger than me, so I mostly meet younger girls just because of my social circle.

Raw food seem to be a better alternative. It is something I tried for a short period of time. I think age is genetic related as well as lifestyle choices, environment, and a variety of things.
