Hello Alex!

I'm new to the PUA community too!
You might want to check out this thread, the-newbie-mission-vt41556.html, I have experienced it to be of value.

When you have a mindstate of having nothing to lose, there is no need to feel anxious. The worst thing that can happen is that you might not get what you want instantly and that you might feel sad about that. To not try this will eventually make you more sad. Good luck in building up your social skills :)
