Initial contact: Profile dependent, but generally asking them if they are shy or just looking to be chased and what their idea of a first date is...
Not shy is a good response, ignore whatever cuddles on the sofa or grab a coffee rubbish they put..
Me: Ever eaten out on a Yacht?
Me: Don't worry she's big, you won't get wet.
Her: You own a yacht? ( or similar)

Me: I'd have to show you the ropes first. We'd end up in all sorts of strange positions otherwise. As long as you don't mind me bossing you about.

The last line is important. you're looking for submissive tendencies and generally lots of winky smilies and xxxs at the end of their responses... There has been enough innuendo so far ( I've included most of it but I'll make it much more subtle depending upon responses) that they should be hot to trot.
Her: Ooohh yes, I can manage that. xxx
Me: You would have to obey my commands you realise? How flexible are you? I could arrange an audition. < again truncated>
Her: <Generally innuendo about being very flexible>
Me: Ok, you sound like an eager and willing student. Your audition will be today.
Her: You want to meet me today?!? < or other freak out>
Me: Yes.
And then you say as little as possible.... Let them think about it... Don't answer objections, just go on to the next bird.. Until they message you to say that they've got a babysitter / took a sickie / cancelled whatever they had planned and will meet you where and when.
Note: I do own a yacht but it isn't strictly necessary.
Success rate is almost unfair.
