| | | Yep, fine at that point. Just don't over do it. One compliment dropped here or there after she's complied, for example.

You should have plenty other things to compliment her on other than the looks (wow, you can cook! For some reason I find women who cook incredibly sexy). Generally women may feel Buyer's Remorse if they think you like them for their appearance - try to bring out the attractive personality traits in her.
I personally save appearance compliments for the bedroom, once all bets are off. But that's just me.
