Hey guys, long time reader and first time poster. I'm in a situation where I think I have a chance with a girl I used to work with but I'm just having trouble reading her. We worked together for a few years and I've recently switched jobs, but I always had a thing for her, I suppose. I never made a conscious effort of trying to hook up since I didn't want to cause any awkwardness at work.

Anyway, last night I was out with a group (4 girls and 2 guys, including myself). While just waiting at the bar, she asked me to dance. We went far from the group and while dancing, she made repeated attempts at holding my hand. When I squeezed, she squeezed back. She also seemed to feel the need to justify if she was dancing with someone else to me ("oh he's gay"). Lastly, upon hearing that I'd be attending an even this Saturday, she changed her mind then and there and stated she would be attending.

I'm having a real difficult time deciding whether the signs are there for me to make a move. I don't want to ruin anything. What do you guys think?
