Just happened to stumble across this one midset, and i was surprized with the response i got. i then proceeded to use it on every set in the bar that had an HB, (some even a couple times ) don't know if this one has been mentioned before, as i said i just found this in the field last night

Preparation: you need to be wearing a shirt that has a collar, and the collar needs to be down.

walk up to HB, opinion opener.

"What do you like better? Curt?" point to yourself.
"Or...." pop your collar. This will cause 90% of them to laugh. "Curt?"

In what I experienced last night, you get a better reaction the more serious of a face you put on when you pop. This can lead into a neg, do the opposite of what she says to do, then lead into something about her bad taste in fashion, and how you only came to ask her so you'd know what NOT to do.

This sounds like it would be a great opener. I will have to remember it. You should mention that you will have to use the right body language and voice tone for this to get a laugh though.
