Hey guys, i got a serious problem here.

So some months I've been with a gurl and when the moment came, i couldn't put my penis into her vagina. I felt very bad and when I arrived home, I searched the web and saw that should be her problem.
Now I'm with other different girl and happened again. Im starting to become fucking frustrated.
This ever happened with some of you guys? I'm not virgin, i fucked before, even in this actual year, but recently i can't.

Hello, use to have exact same problem few years back from now , was also really frustrated and clueless what to do.Figured i should not think about it and not get it stuck in my head, therefore i managed to get rid of my "problem" and got everything up and running.

What i suggest is to not make it a big deal and just don't think about it because remember, it's your head what is stopping you!

Also watching porn without jerking off could also help.

This same thing keeps happening to me. Happened with a girl in 2010, happened with my ex in 2013 a few times, and is happening with a girl I'm banging now. I act like it doesn't bother me and just tell her "It's going soft, put it in your mouth" like it's just normal. I know it happens to the best of us, but it is worrying. Especially when girls aren't so understanding as the one I'm banging now, and they're all "Is it me? Whats wrong?" it'll never go back up when they're like that. I'd also like advice on this.

nofap is shit. doesn't improve or decreases anything whatsoever. it has been scientifically studied. it's just your mind really.
unless you have a physical problem which it seams that you really don't have than it's all about your mind.
maybe going to the doctor and him telling you that you have nothing wrong will make that issue vanish. it's almost like a placebo. more you think about it worse it gets. once you forget it you'll be fine. and yes this happens to all of us at least once in a lifetime and who denies it is lying.

Agreed, However I honestly never had a penis problem and I ain't a liar - my little man has been a good trooper.

Happened to me before on several occasions when my soda intake was high. A doctor can better diagnose your problem since he knows what questions to ask to pinpoint what's causing the problem. Spend some bucks with a quick visit to the doctor.

Did cutting out the soda do anything? I drink 2L every day (I don't know what that is in American measurements... but it's 6 cans - it's a LOT. I'm looking for motivation to stop, and I think that'd definitely do it.

I wouldn't check for the penis but I would check for diabetes. 2L is just insane.

As unknown poet says, 2L is just insane. Once or twice a week I splurge on soda taking around four 250 ml bottles. Those affect my erections somehow and I get depressed during my soda days. Otherwise, I am good 5 or 6 days a week.

One 275 ml of soda has something like 7 tablespoonfuls of sugar. I use one tablespoon of sugar on my black coffee which I consume on my non-soda days.

Consult with a doctor bro if you have been consuming 2L of soda a day for several years.
