I would say, that telling them memories of that they have done, while they have no memory of you, could potentially lower your own value. I would say pretend that you dont remember, and maybe bring it up later, as oceanx writes.
Until then, you should continue as if they are completely random girls, unless they actually admit that they remember you.
One trick is also, that if you pretend that you dont know them, but they secretly know you, and you kept on communicating with them as if they were complete strangers, then that would really intrigue her and possibly your name would cross her mind several times.
