Hey guys my names Nathan as you can tell. I'm a newbie to PUA and needing help of the right things to say to girls. I'm a guy that's smart with many of things like computers, English, sports etc. My current profession is working for my dad's company as a roofer. Any help/advice on how to pick-up some of the most beautiful girls would be much appreciated. I do suffer with Social Anxiety (AA) I'm a person that can over come that, and will be doing so with the newbie guide. The main reason for my AA is due to isolating myself away as a kid/teenager playing computer games and also to loosing a girl that I truly loved, I just need that boost of picking-up women also without freezing.

First of all, welcome. Hold your horses there, Nathan!
Do you actually have Social Anxiety or is it just Approach Anxiety (AA)? Those are two very different things.

If you've been diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder then you need to address that FIRST before doing anything related to seduction. A lot of the stuff taught in the PUA community can have very detrimental effects on anyone with any sort of mental/personality affliction.
