I am pretty new to this pua stuff. I only heard about it a little over a week ago, but I have been doing daygame approaches and just trying to be more aware of opportunities that appear while I am out. I have had positive reactions from the girls I have approached and I think I could have closed several of them, but I have not yet tried (although I should, I still punk out, lol, its a work in progress).

About a month an a half ago, I met a girl running a register at a local grocery store. At the time, I was still solidly in the AFC category and was not maintaining strong eye contact or putting out a confident vibe. However, although I didn't think of it as such at the time, she still responded and was being flirty. The next time I saw her, she remembered me and showed interest. I saw her once more after that, then I didn't see her for a little over a month. During this time, I came across the pua material and have revolutionized the way I approach girls. So when I ran into her at the same store last night, I maintained good eye contact, was more chatty with her, and was way more confident.

So anyway, I guess I am wondering how you guys would go about number closing a girl at the cash register. Obviously, there are some time constraints and also there is the possibility that there are people behind you in line. All of these things can add tension for both you and the girl. I know some people like to use an event as a pretext to ask her out. like, 'oh, I am going to 'x', you should come too, you would love it'. But what would you say if you just went with a more direct approach. 'hey, you want to get a coffee sometime'. I guess I was just interested to see your different opinions in regards to this.

Personally i may flirt with but never close hired guns but one way to close in this situation is "Hey let's continue this sometime what do you say. Write your number on my receipt." Trying to organize a specific day, or trying to invite her to something is a bit much and maybe a little bit needy given the time constraints and the situation.

One thing I love doing with women in these scenarios is embarrassing her. I’ll usually start bantering with her while she’s checking me out, and then I’ll say something like, “You know, you seem like an interesting girl, why don’t you give me your number and we’ll do something sometime. Maybe.... If you’re lucky.... I’ll take you on a grocery shopping date as I can see this is clearly your dojo...

Irregardless of what she says you stick with it.

If she says yes and gives you her number, then cool problem solved.

BUT, if she says no, then playfully embarrass the shit out of her.

haha.

There will most likely be people in line behind you so you can joke around with her and say, “We’ll have a fvcking awesome time.” She might throw something at you along the lines of, “I don’t even know you...”

This is where you’ll give her your funny bio. Say something like, “My name is Joseph, I’m a great conversationalist, I have pretty green eyes, and sometimes I get a little crazy...” lol

She’ll probably laugh. Then you can joke with her that you won’t leave the line until she gives you her number. This will probably embarrass her and she will give it to you. The awesome part about this is she WILL respond to your texts, even though you almost made her give you her number. This is because you broke her daily pattern, and WE ONLY REMEMBER PEOPLE WHO BREAK OUR PATTERNS.

Just make sure you spark some attraction before you use this, otherwise it will come off creepy and she might call security on you. Good luck bro.
