So my office is a very team oriented company. Everyone is relatively close. We just got a new front desk admin and her and I are always emailing and flirting (lots of playful banter) anyways we wound up getting lunch together and the playful tone was still there. This weekend were hanging out and I'm showing her around since She is new to the area.

Is this a situation I need to be more cautious with since we work together. Any sings to look or with this particular situation? I'm trying to figure out if we have something that could potentially happen or she is just looking for a work flirt. What do you think?

Be mindful of shitting where you eat. Any # of things could happen that make every day awkward having to face her. On the other hand when you're out and around over the weekend, notice the absolute abundance of women, none of whom you'd have to see every day if it didn't work out.
