So i came across this video on youtube some poepl use to kill approach anxiety with tapping certain points on the body. At first I thought it was bs, but its worked wonders for me. I notice that the fear of approaching a random girl in public is almost gone. The difference from before using it and now is night and day. I plan on using it to kill my fear of moving targets. Check it out, its def. worth it.

i guess it probably works. its called classical conditioning, i learned it in psychology class.

Yes, it works.
It works much better than the most of the stuff out there.
It's not the most effective strategy but it gets results

do you have to do it directly before approaching for it to work? or will it get rid of the 'feeling' for a long period of time.

LOL, i did that in psychology as well but 4 got what it was. are u from ireland?
