So I'm a 22 year old student living in the UK. I've had 1 long term girlfriend in the past and have sex with I would say around 10-15 women. However, the problem is I'm one of those guys that wears their heart on their sleeve and start playing mind games with myself whenever a girl I think is interested and doesn't reply or a number flakes. I remember one time I was so convinced the number was real and it was my network that was the problem that I used around 4 friends phones to read around the same number haha.

Anyway I'm starting my journey and hope to resolve this problem in the near future. I'm giving myself a 6 month window after which I want to stop mindfucking myself and be in MLTR's.

Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated as from reading other posts I can tell this is a great community.

Sounds good; I believe the solution to this situation is simply to meet a lot of girls. When you are juggling a lot of girls (for example you get a text from a girl and you're trying to remember who she is) then any individual girl will have less importance in your mind.

Thanks for the reply. I have noticed this when I have around 3-4 girls numbers actually; I guess having that backup in your mind gives the girls less importance. Will defo try to implement this
