I did something crazy and now I think I've gotten myself into a mess...

I've been friends with this girl for a while, we've hung out in a group most weekends for the last 3 months or so. If we weren't already in "the friend zone" we were pretty damn close. I'd thought about asking her out right away, but she'd just split up from a long relationship and I didn't want to step into a minefield.

Anyways, long story short... This weekend I spontaneously just said I should take her out one night on a date. She said yes, so I'm supposed to talk to her later in the week and take her out this weekend.

I need to figure out a date that will help us build some attraction and get some kino pretty quickly. I'm confident that we'd make a great couple and all, but I feel like if there isn't a good physical connection by the end of the first date she might see it as a bad sign. We've danced before on several occasions and have done the friendly greeting hugs, but I need something to get her to feel more attracted to me and get out of the friend zone without being blatantly obvious. Some sort of activity that involves some touching but that would be appropriate for a first date.

Any creative ideas?

Trying on clothes usually works pretty well. Mess up a shirt that you put on (sleeves ruffled and such).

Say "It looks wrong, come try to fix this"

Hold up clothes to her/have her hold up clothes to you.

If it's cold outside, say "Fuck, my hands are cold, warm them up" and hold them out.

Find out where the salsa dancing is in your town on that night and take her there. Show up early because they usually have a lesson for beginners. Girls LOVE to salsa, so even if neither of you have done it before, you will be better off to learn it. Learn it with a girl is even better!
