sometimes I get angry really easily and I have that energy that I want to punch the wall
and make a whole.
It has to do with that for instance there was 1 girl in 1 bar she was playing hard to get
I approached 4 times she became more speakable and approachable I broke her shield smothly then I met her again yesterday and she was like from the first moment<<aaa
do not speak to me you are annoying speak to my friend>>And I said to my self wtf
again she is like that wtf <<playing hard to get>> and I left her, or I was speaking to some girls everything went well but they bounced to another place and left me and then comes my friend and says to me<<you scared the girls again bro>>I was like fuck you
they just went to another place I did not scare them.
I mean you get the point if people say good things about me I am like ok that's nice
If they say bad things about me I might get angry not always right now its happends rarely but in the past I was getting angry easily.
So how I can retain my calmness even when people start saying bad things about me
and judge me bad how I can be as cold as possible and do not getting upset easily?
What I saw through time was that by working out(physical exercise) plus many interactions with many people and by finishing my military service I became more calm.
But still I have this problem not in the degree I had it in the past

You are at least a little self-aware and know how you feel. "Mindfulness" is a mental exercise that will help. It's about realizing what you are feeling and changing it. Meditation. It is what people with anxiety get taught and I imagine the same goes for any negative emotion. Youtube and google "mindfulness meditation", and if you don't like it and it pisses you off, then that is a sign it is what you need.
