I think Hunter is right here. I'm not sure I would be a dick about it, but I would stand firm. It really sounds to me like she doesn't feel about you the way she used to, and is nitpicking the shit out of you looking for a reason to break up.
What is key for your decision is this: When things were better between you, did you ask her all this shit? Did you give her what she is asking for now and then stop giving it to her? If you did, then get your ass back in the game and start giving it to her again. You can't expect someone to feel the same about you when you change how you treat them. If you are treating her the same as you always have, then it's time to meet her attempts to mold you into something you are not with some resistance. And if you offer that resistance, stand firm completely and be willing to lose the relationship. You both are better off if she learns that it is not healthy to try to change someone to suit your ever changing desires in a mate.
