When she says "Maybe" or "I'll think about it", assume it is a yes, and proceed based on that. Even if she says No, assume it is a yes and proceed.

Even if she says, Fuck off! Eat shit!, assume it's a Yes. If she is still talking to you thats a strong indicator that she likes you and want to fuck you.

The only situation when you cannot proceed is when she is not responding at all. Then assume she would say Yes, but something stopped her, like forces of nature or an act of God. Act based on that.
