Is there any way to reframe a girl who broke up with you which suggests DLV

My girlfriend broke up with me a month ago, i am to see her at a party for the
first time since then - i have been no contact with her however she has messaged
me a few times trying to rebuild our friendship. she knows pretty much all the girls
and everyone at our uni briefly knows about our breakup. Im not going to lie, this is more
about ego and status for me but isnt that what apart of pick up is about. Im afraid
this may halter my chances of getting with any other girl at Uni. - What is the best
way to act/say or do in relation to the relationship with other people and her.

If you're in a public place with this girl and there are others (like a party), you just be awesome, hit up other girls... and be the life of the party.

Might help if you arrive with someone hotter than she was, too.

These are 2 very misunderstood concepts in the pickup community: "Alpha male" and "ego". Stop trying to be the alpha and stop looking for ego validation.

Genuinely hit up other girls and don't even make eye contact with this girl. Pretend she is literally invisible and doesn't exist. Have an awesome time, be the party boy but make sure you don't make the mistake girls always make, which is flirt heavily with somebody new then constantly look across the room to see if your ex is watching. Just be present in the moment and vibe naturally with the new girls. You will fail to pickup the new girls if they can sense you're just trying make your ex jealous.

Breaking up is a very serious thing. If this girl had a solid reason for breaking up with you, there is no reason for her to randomly try to get back with you while giving you no explanation. If on the other hand, she thinks relationships are like the soap operas, then do not take her seriously. And yes I think this girl should not be given the time of day. She made the decision to break up, if she wants to resume the relationship she'd better have a logical explanation and/or apology, not some damn text messages.
