Hi there, theirs this super HB in my math class that I really want to get with. I'm not a bad looking guy myself so how do I go about doing this? I need like step by step instructions. Also if anyone has any tips of how to get over AA that'd be great. Thanks

Ok AA is always going to be present and you'll never fully get over it the trick is to suppress it. I do this by thinking in my head well if i dnt say something im going to miss my chance and kick myself later. i also say 'Fuck it' before i approach lol. Anyways a simple technique is to go to your local mall or whatever and just say 'Hi to people or ask for the time just engage strangers in a conversation.

Too get your HB your going to have to confident and initiate conversation-
you;'Hey, whatever her name is - how did you get on with that lesson?'
her;'oh hey yeah it ok pretty boring though'
you;'yeah it definitely was, we should do something a bit random after school to get the sleep out our eyes'
her; 'like what?'
you;' well how about you give me your number and ill fire you a text'
her;'Gives you the number'

Thats just a hypothetical convo of something you should go along the lines of. YOU NEED TO BE CONFIDENT IN DELIVERY AND LOOK HER IN THE EYES ALOT.

You arent trying to pick up a big mac are you ? And frankly thats a stupid annalogy. If you have something better to propose then why not propose it?
If you are going to approach a woman and have the intention of sleeping with her or dating her your going to get 'Approach anxiety' fact. Also some people may get 'Approach anxiety' who are socially awkward while ordering a big mac. Also Neil Strauss mentions in the game how he always has 'Approach anxiety' but tames it.
