I seem to get a lot of women looking at me during the day and I was wondering if this is something every man experiences too. Also, should you always try and smile or approach or say hi when you see women doing this?

I'm new to PUA and I'm not very confident around women and I always forget to flirt and escalate during a date so it's just a lot of talking and they usually ask later why I didn't even try and kiss them. It's because I can't fully believe yet that attractive women would be interested in me. A few months ago I made myself approach a few women in different shops, the first girl was quite rude, two others were flattered and quite giggly but already had boy friends. I enjoyed approaching women during the day and it felt really good to know I can do it and now I can improve and practice getting better at it. But now I am becoming more confident and since starting the gym I have noticed women are looking at me more and I don't know what to do or if it's just standard and not really any worth while attention every man gets?

The types of looks are:
-usually direct eye contact for at least a couple of seconds, usually longer, and then they look at the floor as the walk past or if they're sitting somewhere.
-If they don't look at the floor it's just me and her looking at each other and I don't do anything
-Sometimes when I have just continued to look at them and they have looked at me it's almost like we're both about to say something.. that's got to be a wasted opportunity!?
-I've noticed it's mostly very attractive women who do actually look (are they expecting a smile?)
-It's almost as though the way they are looking at me is as if to say they're not sure if they should be looking at me.
-Ironically I find it easier to approach a woman and ask if they're single etc than to smile at women I walk past when they are looking at me. On the occasions when I have managed a smile or a half smile they seem quite pleased.

What should I be doing with this eye contact from women? Does every man get this? Am I throwing away perfect opportunities to smile and to talk to them?

Nope. Then again, I'm not very observant.

If a woman looks at you, lock eyes and giver her an IOI. If she returns the IOI, approach her. The best way to get over the anxiety of thinking "attractive women can't possibly be interested in me" is VERY simple. simply raise your standards. Make a list of everything you find attractive or valuable in a female companion "passionate, free-spirited, caring, etc." and start judging women off of that, rather than simply how good looking they are. Unless the woman is shallow, you're aesthetic appearance will be very low on their "list" of qualities they are looking for, so you simply have to do the same.

If a woman accepts a date, unless she's just looking for a free meal or you came off so lonely and needy that they're just giving you a "pity date" (easiest way avoid this is to simply not act needy) then you know they already have attraction towards you.

As far as keno goes, you have to treat keno as if it is no big deal. The very first thing you need to do when you meet her for the date is make hand to hand contact (I'll add a bow as if going in to kiss her on the wrist, if she doesn't move her hand away go for it, women love it and find it chivalrous and charming ), If she's wearing a necklace, comment on it and brush your hand against her sternum as you inspect it.

If it's a dinner date, simply engage the keno before you're seated. Guide her into the restaurant with your hand in the small of her back when opening the door and walking to the table, gently guide her into her seat with your hands on her shoulder when you seat her. Don't worry too much about keno once you're both seated if you're sitting opposite sides of the table. If you want to be ballsy, sit adjacent to her if there's four chairs or you're in a rounded booth, which will give you the opportunity to rest your hand on her lap, guide her hand to rest on your lap, or rest your hand on her shoulder if you come in close to tell her something saucy or secretive.

As far as kissing goes, simply assume that every woman expects a kiss at the end of a date, because 99% of them do.

Hope this helps. You're already getting dates with women so you know you're already better than the AFCs, just work on removing women from the pedestal you're placing them on and everything else will come naturally.
