Since I have been out sarging and off-line and out in the field much has changed in my life but much has not.

I am back on here after a few months and a lot has worked for me and many changes have occurred.

I have been developing my life and working. Working toward my new goals and still in the process of publishing a book. I have several magazine articles that will be published soon. My life has become so much better.

I have gotten really fancy clothes and other gear but its not what I expected. I guess it never truly is tight?

My problem is that I take breaks in-between sarging and staying at home. Because of this I feel "green" everytime I get back into the scene. That "fear" returns and I feel like I have to start all over again and relearn and practice what I have learned in the past. Recently, I have gotten a few real numbers and some fakes ones and been rejected several times as well. I just feel that I have a longways to go to be the PUA I want to be.

How to I handle getting back to playing ball after going through a short stent of off-time?

Can I tray to guess something?
You say you feel bad because you have a long way to go to become the PUA you want.

Well let me shine some light on you. What exactly means the PUA you want to become.
I'm doing a bold guess, but in psychological terms maybe you suffer from what is called perfectionism.

It is a form of suffering wishing you had some goal that you don't have yet. Its counter productive and drains energy from you.

I think its better to realize that you (no one actually) is perfect. (the ideal PUA as you call it). If you always try to be perfect or compare yourself to someone way more advanced to you, you are doomed to suffer /feel bad/.

So how do you feel better? Simple. Compare you now to what you were 1 year ago, 3 years , 5,10 years ago. What you've learned, what mistakes you did. This is will point you what you've accomplished (i mean in dating area here) so you will know in more detain what you need to practice more.

Just find a balance between work and dating. Overdoing either of both indicates something will go wrong. Although we all do it from time to time.

I admire people that want to achieve success, but success alone will not bring you durable fulfillment.
Life needs to be balanced.

So go out and start from the basics. Talking to easy to approach girls first and move to more advanced things with time. Social skills are like muscle. If you haven't went to the gym for 3 years it will unreal for you to lift 300 pound right away, no matter even if before you could do it with ease.

Thanks. I feel a lot more optimistic now. I know what I have to do.
