I have this situation where I don't know what to reply back to a girl, she was a former colleague and she is 4 years older than me and we started to chat again since a longtime. I reached to this point where I don't know how to escalate it more and get in bed with her.

This is how the conversation went:
Me: You look sexy in the profile picture, i think i am being too naughty during my working hours now

Girl: Haha... I could be your older sister hahahaha actually, i have to tell U a secret about this pic... i was soo drunk at this night!!

Me: Hahaha, well you are not and that won't change the matter that you are sexy in the profile picture nor that I like being a crazy, bad and naughty boy and the other thing is I should test that secret myself to see if it is true or not

Girl:

So she is into it, but I don't know how to go on, any suggestions would be really appreciated

Stop with the compliments. You are pretty much doing what most chodes do, I don't even think it makes sense, evidently, she is replying to the lame messages so there might be hope...

Try being a challenge and push her away a little:

'I don't think you could handle someone like me... '

More of that kind of stuff, get her to invest.

What is your goal with it? Do you just want to wank over her texts or do you want to fuck her instead?

If she is a former college, that would suggest that you know her pretty well and her you. Why not just quick the dumb shit texting and ask her to catch up over a drink? Texting is difficult for some(this includes me) so I keep them to a minimum and try to meet in person.
