Guys, go to the gym and get fit--not big. Then, move like you are a thoroughbred, then sit like a silver-back. After that, then smile like you have been with everyone. Then you know ALPHA. Everybody will treat you like you are the man.

'smile like you have been with everyone' Not going to lie if i was to smile like that then i would look like a sexual predator which is not going to get you any attention just creepy looks. Also i would say an Alpha male is someone who can keep a groups attention and having them eat out the palm of his hand demanding his attention. So i disagree with most things you've said. Good try.
