Hey guys

So I was doing gym for about 3 three months at the beginning of the year and it was going great...
I'm starting gym again and got myself 100% Whey Protein and it came with a Creatine Combo.

I weigh 98KG and I'm at 5"2ft, 33% body fat.

My regime before was as follows:

Breakfast - 2 egg whites and 100g chicken strips (sometimes varying with
a tuna sandwhich (120g of fish) with 1 tspn of mayo and two slices of brown bread, with spinach and lettuce.

Mid morning snack - Apple/Banana

Lunch - 2 pieces of crackerbread with peanut butter.

Afternoon snack - Apple/Banana

Dinner - 200g chicken/beef with salad and on occasion brown rice / sometimes spaghetti.

Exercise: Running, spinning, rowing, kettlebell, squats, deadlifting, bench pressing and circuit training. Mainly at 5am til 7am then somedays I gym twice (same times) but at night for 2 hours (sleep like a beast!)

Ontop of all this I drank 10glasses of water a day and gymed 5x a week with
a cheat day Saturday and resting Sunday.

I enjoyed the regime and I think It was going well (lost 3% fat in just over a month).

Is this is a good regime? I know people say "If you can see results and its working, stick with that."...but so many new diets have cropped up in the previous months, I want to know if I should improve anything?
My main goal is to get slim and get to lose 10% before the end of the year.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated guys.

Cheers!

- Kintaro

Yes it's a good diet, you can start doing drop and super sets too. It'll help :)

axe the mayo and wheat altogether (no bread), also get rid of the pasta

substitue carbs for brown rice, sweet potato, yam, and raw oates
