| K so I was at a meetup and I kinda had a warm approach for this one girl, she was about a 6, great for me to practice game on as hotter women tend to screw with that. I was talking to a small crowd of about 4 which she was in, and she seemed to be actively participating, interested in me. It was going well for about an hour. We were talking about some very involved topics.
Two points I wanna make here; I have been reading that body language is very important when conversing, and that if you two are vibing, she will be mirroring your movements. So I always try to make eye contact because there is some cognitive thing about eye contact making a girl fall in love with you. Well I was holding eye contact very well, and she began to play with her hair and other things nervously but attractedly.
Also, there were times when I looked away to remember something, but these were mistakes of nervousness on my part. I noticed her also looking away when I did! And it broke the eye contact, seeming to break the trance of attraction, though I seemed to recover fairly quickly.
So I made a comment about getting her information for a book I was going to write, but I didnt make good on it. Eventually, as I seem to find usually happens to me, I found I could no longer hold her interest, and she went to go talk to someone else. I think I have a pulling the trigger problem. I am mostly concerned with seeming over eager and needy, and I certainly felt like I had not talked to her long enough to really get any further with her, but now that I think about it, she seemed fairly interested in me at the beginning, and I think not making a move eventually made her uninterested and look elsewhere for entertainment.
