Hey guys, just want some opinion of what I should do next.

So I was going out with this girl from work for a while and we got really intimate but I got rebounded out of nowhere and she got back with her BF (long distance) and we met up to talk about the situation and I told her that hopefully we can try this "relationship" again in the future and she also agreed and for now I will back off and won't call or text for a while.

For a while we were both silent but we were still friendly towards each other when we past on by. During this time period we met up for a dinner just me and her and it was like the break was never there (barely any flirting).

Barely a month past by, and she and her BF broke up again. after 2 days (yes I am slightly impatient haha) I tried to see where I stand so I called her just for lunch. She agreed to have lunch with me and we just talked casually and nothing was awkward. After having lunch with her, I noticed that she started initiate very small text at work recently.

Now should I give her a little more time to be emotionally ready or just go gunho and try to set up another meet up? So far its been less than a week since the break up. Any thoughts? Thanks for your feedback guys!

You're not shooting yourself in the foot; you made a minor error, but they ain't enough to do anything. You've been with her already. Just begin pumping the breaks a bit. Let her come to you and I mean that. Hell, let her ask you out or suggest to see you the next time.

Just don't make anymore forward motions. Pull back, relax and let it come to you.
