So how much will this change the normal "game"? You can't just take girl to your home and fuck her because you don't know her to trust that kind of thing. So how important it is to "nail" as soon as possible? I mean permanent sexually transmitted diseases.

Condom isn't enough and it is adviced to tell the partner about certain diseases even when you use condom.

Ask her in a playfull way.

"Your not planning on infecting me with anything are you?" Smirk, maybe a bit of kino. Just to drive it home that its playful.
She can't take too much offence then.

Yeah well condom is not enough... If you use it properly, you need pretty bad luck to catch anything though. If you really want to avoid all risk, then find a clean girl and stick to monogamy, because nothing else is 100%...

There are some diseases which can be transited by skin contact alone, like HPV(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_papillomavirus). I found people on one dating site complaining about it, someone got burned :). There is also syphilis(which is usually obvious), and good ole herpes virus, which is not always obvious, but pretty benign.

When you look at the chances, you are pretty safe, there is no reason to be more worried about it than to be hit by lightning. Put a condom, and pay attention.

There is a vaccine against most types of HPV, and though it's mostly recommended for women, men can get it too, so if you're so worried about HPV just get the vaccine.
