I'm not a newbie but a big problem i have is fear of being alone. Its impossible to have a wing by my side all the time, he could be in a solo set...

But when i approach solo, all the girls look at me like i have no friends, they always ask who you are with... Sometimes I even feel like going home. How do you get over that.

I tried going out alone but i feel so shitty lol.

Then go out more alone.

If you think there is something wrong with going out alone, then so will girls. Open more dudes. If girls see you being social it helps a lot.

I used to hate going out alone, then I took a job traveling all over, and I was forced into it. Now I almost prefer it, to having a wing. I have never been asked where my friends where, nor have I ever felt the need to tell anyone where my friends where. I am willing to bet that the girls don't even notice that you don't have anyone with you, and that it's is all in your head. If the girls do somehow notice that you are alone and feel weird about it, its because that vibe is coming off of you. Like I said I go out alone all the time and have never run into this problem. My advice, identify the emotion, accept it, and objectify it. You don't want to resist the emotion, you just need to know that it does not have perfect knowledge, and it isn't in control of you.

I wrote an article called " The Players Guide To Going Out Alone" on way of the player. You should check that out.

But all in all; it's all about practice man. The first couple times you do anything it won't feel great because you won't be good at it. But through repetition we learn to like new things because we become better at doing them.

I dare you to go out alone 3 times next week. By the third time; it'll be easy.

And girls are only giving you shit because you're approaching them from that " I'm all alone what do i do now" kind of frame. When I go out alone and girls ask me I just say " I'm here by myself" and we continue the conversation. I even meet girls who came out alone at times aswell.

Good advice here. I think that you should continue to go out alone. The 'wing' is your crutch and you got to stand on your own two feet. The mentality you have is probably being given off to the girls, hence why they ask you if you are alone. They can sense that.
