First of all, everyone gets shit thrown at them from time to time. In my first job (as a phone-salesman), my boss would constantly throw shit at everyone. And I mean EVERYONE. He didn't do it to be mean, and most of what he said was actually pretty funny. At first I took it personally, but would just smile and pretend it didn't bother me. After getting into PUA, building some confidence, and realizing that other peoples opinions doesn't mean anything, I was glad he threw that much shit my way. I used it to get stronger. When he constantly played on my insecurities, I would after a while become 'immune' to it. That's what happened, and at this point, nothing can throw me off the bat.
Second job (current job) as an IT-consultant. Our whole enviroment consists of making fun of eachother. No one let's go of an opportunity to make a witty comment and so on. At this point I was already immune, so it helped me with throwing things back at them. Whenever I'm in a social situation at this point and someone says something jokingly towards me, I'm usually able to just flip the table and it all results in a good laugh.
As for getting fit, you absolutley should! Don't do it for the women. Do it becuase it makes you feel better about yourself (and it will!) and do it because it promotes a healthy lifestyle. Being big isn't good for you, nor your life quality. It's hard at first, but with the right ammount of dedication, you can achieve anything!
