Cockblock -- she's more interested in the other guy

Hey guys, I was wondering. It happened to me a few times that I opened a set or approached one girl, and while building rapport another 1-2 guys (usually one with a friend, which I guess it's one of the most common cockblocks) get into the set.
I'm quite good at taking them down, usually, but sometimes I see that the girl becomes pretty more interested in one of the other guys, and thus most of my anti-cockblock behaviours fail.

What would you guys do in these situations? Is it a lost battle?
I feel like that leaving wouldn't be a good PUA behavior, but what if you can see that she's really into the other guy? Or if you can see that she was's to get a specific (other) guy's attention in the club?

Build enough comfort then get her away from the rest of the group.

The other guys aren't an issue if you've isolated her.

Hmm I agree.. The problem is that this only happens after having isolated the girl.
Anyway, I guess the only real way is to build comfort as quick as I can, so that whoever comes next she would not be interested.
