I'm from England, 30 year old virgin, good looking but suffer from depression for around a decade, single sex education and secluded life meant not meeting a girl pretty much until 20. Don't know how to talk to or approach women and have self-esteem issues.

I do feel like I missed the boat, PUA for me would be a process of just learning to be comfortable around women as I personally do believe its over for me and young girls/young women.

Its a similar situation with my age. I have earlier not been into girls either due to lack of good girls in college or otherwise or due to low confidence ... being a shy personality when i was 20-27 yrs age. Since last few years i have been able to talk to known girls but going out or numbers exchange or talking to new girls has been a difficult territory. I just came to know about PUA through a friend and that is how i am here.

Not sure of chances with young girls/women, but i guess we can do away with weakness, get skilled by practicing through guidance available here and become brilliant and confident in this sphere as well! Good Luck!
