Could be a lot of things, maybe she talked to her girlfriends about it and they said no. Maybe she decided that she made a mistake, maybe she was in the heat of the moment but didn't feel it when she arrived home, or the next day. Alot of things are possible here. But don't fuss about it, it happened to every PUA.
