I occasionally have phases where I lose a bit of self-esteem (and I am sure we all do too), but what tips do you have to keep on top of your self-esteem, to feel happy and positive? I think this also effects me when I want to approach a girl, I sometimes imagine a girl that I have seen, whom is attractive, and appears to be with one of those 'confident, robust' kind of guys which then makes me a bit jealous. Any tips on improving the mindset regarding self-esteem and jealousy?
