I allow jealousy to get in the way of my goals and I. It's something like this. I develop an interest in something. I work towards accomplishing what ever I've set to accomplish. Somewhere along the line I see/hear someone younger (sometimes) that is doing it bigger and better. Jealousy gets in play and I get sidetracked. Before I know it, weeks have passed by. I understand you have to live by your own terms and not compare yourself for other people. I can't help myself sometimes. This goes hand in hand with a bad habit I have. I'm never completely satisfied. One could argue this is a good habit because you tend to achieve more. It's actually a bad habit as I feel I never accomplish anything. I need a few suggestions about my situation. Let's hear it.

sounds like you just gotta set some goals and get your arse in gear.. don't worry about time it's only an illusion

I know how you feel. I know quite a few people that I graduated High School with now have careers, or have some pretty cool things going on in their lives, and sometimes I feel a little envious. But you have to realize you are living your life, and you are the one who makes things happen. Being jealous gets you knowhere. I always keep the thought of "my day will come" (when I catch up) in the back of my mind.
