Hey, this is my first post on here I am inexperienced at all this. I read a few books by some PUA's about 18 months ago, I found them very interesting and insightful. Unfortunately I can't really remember too much from them

Anyway here is the scenario I have found myself in.

I was walking home from the pub about a week and a half ago, when some pretty bird walked past me on her way home as well. I decided to say Hi and ask her how she was. I had some music playing out loud on my phone as my head phones were broken and decided to start talking about the music to carry on the conversation. Anyway it turns out she lived near mine so I continued to walk and talk with her. I suggested maybe we could go back to hers for another beer (she claimed not to have any). I walked back with her anyway as it was on the way to mine (was not possible to bring her back to mine). I ended up number closing and telling her I would take her out some time. She didn't really respond just kind of passed it off with neither a yes or a no.

Wow this is a longer story than I thought....

And we continue......

So the next day I text her and tell her it was nice meeting her last night, we send a few bits of chit chat then I ask her if she is free on Wednesday for me to take her out. She said she was at work on Wednesday so I asked when she is available. she said 'oh dunno tbh ha' we sent a few more random text messages and then I left it for a couple of days. A few days later I just sent her one text 'Hey Steph, I'm off to grab some breakfast at the Cafe would you like to join.' She replied a few hours later saying 'I've been at work.' I have not text her again for the last 3 days and do not plan to text her again unless she texts me first. Although I have sent her a few snapchats (not purely to her, just to everyone on my list. I might cut her out of the snapchats so she wonders why I have stopped adding her in?)


I would like to hear some experienced opinions from you guys on if it's lost, if it's not what you would recommend and also what you think I should/could have done differently.

I think some of the mistakes I made were when she didn't offer an alternative date I should not have responded and should have left it for 5/6 days? Maybe I should have waited a couple of days to text her originally after number closing?

Hey brother welcome to the game. It is tough out there at first but you just got to enjoy it and keep your eye on the prize. I hate to deliver the bad news to you man, this was lost from the second you said hi. If she was just walking home, trying to get into her place (aka her pants) was a STRONG play. I mean, at least you have some balls. She shows pretty well zero interest in all of these interactions. I would move on and maybe work on calibrating your game (I'm in this process as well as I have been out of the game with a relationship for basically the last 3 years). Unfortunately, she had no choice but to talk with you as she had to head in the same direction. She was also alone on her way home which indicates she was likely not looking to meet anyone. I think she was just talking to you because she didn't have a way out.
