 Post subject: Inner game problem

I didnt really know what to write as subject but my problem is that, when I hear that Im short,small or thin, which I am and it kind of annoys me because I am like 176cm and 60kg (18years) yeah I am small but i fucking didnt choose it. Often people make fun of me and when I was young I was the target of the bullies most of the time so I became introverted.
Time has changed and I am trying to identify the situations, where I am under social pressure and I try to beat it.. sometimes I can sometimes not, but If i knew how to make fun of my weight,height I think it would help a little bit. Or how should I respond on those stuff? You know when it comes to argument, you can imagine how people talk to me. I feel not respected, small when i hear this often.. I started learning high status humor, do you think It can help me?, because I think that good sense of humor is really strong social tool also for picking up women.

you simply dont respond to this sort of bs unless its a girl trying to shit test you and even then you just make fun of her for trying. Even if a girl does make a comment about your weight you just say don't worry or something along those lines and continue on the conversation with whatever you were talking about before. It doesnt matter to you and it shouldnt matter. People talk crap about me all the time i just say cool and look straight into their eyes with a poker face or i may even break into a grin. They are just trying to get under your skin and you should never let them.

And if it still bothers you then go workout. Working out has many benefits other than just a good looking body. It also helps your game.

Just building off what flamingace said about working out helping your game, it's been proven to keep stress levels at a minimum and also does wonders for things like depression and low self-esteem, raising confidence, etc.
