Hey guys - So i am fairly new to pickup but have always been pretty good at picking up girls in clubs bars, getting numbers, getting them back to my place etc. BUT i would have never dreamed about approaching/picking up girls sober in the day or evening for that matter. So here is a few examples of my first few days of daygame. I would say im a pretty confident guy but after 3 approaches i can already feel a massive difference so lord knows how i'll feel after 50+ approaches!

1st approach -
Saw this cute girl about 20 meters away - by this point i already bottled a few, thought f.it walked up to her - opened, she was very shy and taken a back, chatted for a minuet which was fine, she was obviously in a hurry and being so new to this approach i kind of just went for the number - she said she had a boyfriend i ejected, not bothered if she did or didn't. walked away thinking f.yes im pleased with myself.

2nd approach -
Was at a bar/restaurant in the early evening, nobody was drinking - opened this cute girl with a friend, went great ended up talking for about 20 mins, number close, not much more to say here.

3rd approach -
Again at a bar early evening people were eating, few people were drinking, i wasn't. Spotted such a hot girl, literally every single guy in the whole place was looking at her and she knew it. After about 20 mins we were leaving, again i thought f.it i may as well do it! Confidently walked up to her in her group of four, said excuse me for interrupting and touched her friend on the arm, it was quite loud so went in close, opened she immediately asked me my name, we talked for a min, it was her birthday, i gave her a kiss on the corner of the mouth/cheek, i was leaving so told her and said we should exchange details and go for a drink/coffee, she was already getting her phone out. kissed her goodbye and wished her a good night. Walked away every guy was looking at me thinking wtf, i felt like the f.ing boss! I looked back and she was smiling.

Just to add, i text the girl from approach 3 - "Hey (name) so i met this kinda cute girl in a striped dress last night, where is she from?"

What are your thoughts on that text?

I'm not overly bothered if she replies or not - at the moment i am purely focusing on my approaches and body language/eye contact and eliminating AA

Still no text back. Damn, I thought she would respond for sure. I guess I am bothered!

Anyway, going out tomorrow so will post how it goes.

Friday night.
Went to a gig opened a few sets, general conversation etc. Ended up having a few more drinks than expected. After that text a HB7 that I met last week, went and met her at a club had a few drinks with her, made out but she left early which I was actually pleased about so I could work the room solo. Probably opened 5 sets all with good responce, made out with a cute Spanish Girl. Went outside for a cigarette even though iv actually quit, saw a cute girl talking to some guy, she looked pretty uncomfortable so I walked over, put my arm around her and said we're going now, she said huh, I said it's fine we are leaving now, she said okay, walked back to mine, was only around the corner and got down to business, easiest pick up to date!!

Just a little update from yesterday. Went out to a nice hotel bar with my brother, was chilling with him and not focused on gaming but I was sat opposite a HB9, she was probably mid 40s sat with her husband, we caught eyes pretty quickly, for the next 2 hours the eye contact was constant, I always held it longer than her and smiled. The sexual tension was ridiculous. It felt strange it was almost hard not to hold eye contact, I could tell she loved the attention from a younger guy. Her chump of a husband was blissfully unaware

The more I read about ioi's, body language etc the more I am noticing signals from women that I would have never noticed before. The whole pua game is really opening my mind to a whole new way of interaction, of course mainly with women, but the things I am learning translate into all areas of life.

Update, Last night
Met up with a good friend who I haven't hung out with for a while. I was going to have a sober night but my friend persuaded me to to have a drink so ended up having a few vodka tonics. I didn't starting opening till around 11 as me and my friend were catching up and having fun just the two of us. So we met up with 2 girls one HB6 and one HB9.5 and rolled into the bar. Immediately saw a cute girl, opened but she was pretty awkward and Down beat so I just ejected, didn't want to kill my vibe. Was dancing with the two girls we came with which worked well - approaching from a group of girls i guess DHV. I spotted a real sexy HB8 looked foreign, she was Italian, I approached her group and they were all so friendly, I asked the friends if I can borrow her for a while, took her to the bar, didn't buy her a drink, (I used to always buy girls drinks straight away or open with can I buy you a drink, which I now know is so AFC!) We could barely understand each other but we spent about 30 mins talking I have no clue what she was saying to me, I just nodded and gave her intense eye contact, she said I made her shy. I put my number in her phone and text my phone from hers saying I love you, she liked it, wouldn't work with everyone but great with her. Kino was strong I played with her hand a lot and her neck. Went to the dance floor damn she was a good dancer, we danced and made out for about an hour then bounced to my place, made out on my bed for a while, she said she didn't have sex when she first meets someone which I actually like, I pushed a little but not much, could I have had sex with her, probably. Anyway she ends up getting a taxi home around 3. All in all a really fun night.

One thing that is knocking my confidence at the moment is the amount of non replys after number closes, text the girl from last night, no reply, seems to happen a lot and I'm not quite sure why

- she just text as I was about to submit said post, she said she had such a fun evening with me etc

If you think your results are "abnormal" I suggest you read about any ousted player's conversion rates. They are around 10%, even for "pros."

Most of our own conversion rates are < than that as we are not in the right spot for this or aren't as practiced.

I'm experiencing lots of flakes on n-closes as well. It's part of the game that makes it brutal, but I think we all know we're not going to fuck every single HB we open. It's a bit discouraging (sigh, seems like the interactions will always lead to a d2) but we have to keep going. I'm in the beginning stage of PU as well.

Lol @ the last sentence I like your style. Also a very realist view in the first paragraph; this is the real shit of pickup and you just have to keep plowing through; get better; your #s will improve as you tweak things.

Thanks for the replys, good to know it's not just me. It's quite funny - my group of friends have never seen me as killer with the lady's, good but not much better than group. But now after a few weeks of PU they all think I am the ultimate PUA and can't understand why! All asking me what to say, how I do it, how do you just walk over and approach her like that etc. It's strange what a small amount of knowledge and a "can do attitude" can do. I feel like me but a better version, I am enjoying the process.

One approach today - wanted to do more but didn't really get the chance. I wont approach a girl under my view of an 8, I know some will disagree in terms of gaining experience with any girl but for me, even as a newbie I get exactly the same amount of AA if I was approaching a 10 or a 5, I don't particularly get AA more just slightly shakey with adrenaline I guess, I want to get this under control, it's not noticeable to others but I can feel it (does anyone else get this?). So anyway, saw a really cute, small tanned HB9, approached with my usuall (for cold, non situational opens) "hey thought you looked cute, had to come and say hi etc" had a great chat, she was laughing, used Kino, holding her arm for 10 secs or so. Turns out she had a long term boyfriend, anyway for me it went really well and was pleased with myself for the approach. For daygame I go for a pretty chilled vibe compared to nightgame where I am much higher energy.
