Soak in a simple bottled marinade in the fridge for 2 hours.
Remove, let meat come back to room temp.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, both sides.

Cook on the preheated grill to your desired degree of done-ness, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes per side for medium-rare.

I bag Uncle Ben's pre-cooked rice in a pouch.

I steamer veggie in a pouch.
