So a random girl just opened me on facebook. She saw me walk into her place of business and asked a mutual friend my name...later she friended me on facebook and now she is telling me how she "had" to find out my story from our mutual friend, who gave her my name. Sent a few messages back and forth but not really sure how to proceed....

She is definitely putting in the work...looking at her pics she is somewhat attractive but probably 7 or 8 years older. Looks as though she has a few kids as well...I'm never really looking for anything serious. Probably just going to keep up the banter then press for the meet up...if she isn't into it fuck it.

After 4 somewhat witty messages she already asked for my number. Plan is to play a little text game, then tell her to meet me for a drink. 2 or 3 drinks then try to bounce her back to my place for a "drink" thats the plan. So I was out of town all weekend and hit her up today. She seemed excited about it and then she hit me with the I have a kid text...which isn't normally a big deal for me since Im in my 30's but then she goes on to tell me her daughter is 9 months old. It seems like I have been tricked, I was thinking she just wanted to hook up but now I'm thinking she is hunting for a father. Not sure how or even if I want to proceed. Any thoughts?

If you're digging this girl - let her know that her having a child doesn't bother her. But... If you're looking for something that isn't serious and long-term, let her know. similar thing happened to me, a friend of a friend who i didnt know nor had ever met just messaged me randomly and said she thought i was gorgeous (being honest she was mixed race and thats not my type) however humoured it and let it carry on just for a little bit more for my entertainment, then she messaged me saying that she wanted me to go round her house for sex, i said no, and im glad i did however i did say id book a hotel to see if she was for real she then says no because she has a daughter whos 2 years old and the dad didnt have her so she would be around whilst we had sex. so i said i wouldnt go round to her house as i didnt know her. so when i asked wheres the father she said oh its complicated but were engaged so i was like no thanks for sure so she then tried to entice with naked photos. agaiin not my type anyways then blocked her.

this happened over a several week period. i would say be very cautious of anything like facebook
